Harrison Ambulance is always looking for volunteers. Whether you want to help organize/run fundraisers, drive an ambulance or are interested in learning new skills as an EMT, we’d love to have you join the team!
- Volunteer requirement is attending an all-team training meeting one night a month & being on call 5 shifts per month. Shifts are 6am – 6pm & 6pm – 6am.
- Drivers receive training in emergency operations, radio communications, driving an ambulance & basic first aid & CPR.
- Volunteers who wish to pursue an EMT certification, have the opportunity to take classes in Harrison for free with a 2 year commitment to volunteer.
