Volunteer With Us

Harrison Ambulance is always looking for volunteers. Whether you want to help organize/run fundraisers, drive an ambulance or are interested in learning new skills as an EMT, we’d love to have you join the team! Contact us today to learn more about volunteering with us.

Volunteer requirement is attending an all-team training meeting one night a month & being on call 5 shifts per month. Shifts are 6am – 6pm & 6pm – 6am.

Drivers receive training in emergency operations, radio communications, driving an ambulance & basic first aid & CPR.

Volunteers who wish to pursue an EMT certification, have the opportunity to take classes in Harrison for free with a 2 year commitment to volunteer.
